1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ScreenFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScreenFlow is an AI-powered design generation platform that allows users to create app screens and UI designs. Our Service includes:

• AI-generated screen designs based on user prompts
• Project management and organization tools
• Export functionality to code and Figma formats
• Credit-based usage system

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Credits

Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free: 30 credits/month, up to 3 screens, 1 project
• Standard ($19/month): 400 credits/month, up to 50 screens, 5 projects
• Pro ($39/month): 2,400 credits/month, up to 300 screens, unlimited projects

Credits System

Some features consume credits. Credits are:

• Non-transferable and non-refundable
• Valid only during your active subscription period
• Subject to expiration as specified in your plan (monthly credits reset each billing cycle)

Standard and Pro subscribers may purchase additional credit packs when their balance falls below 20 credits.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in USD.

Taxes and Additional Fees

You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with your use of the Service, which may be added to your invoice.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellation

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are non-refundable except for our 24-hour refund policy described below.

24-Hour Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are calculated based on unused AI credits only and are subject to a 30% processing fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@screenflow.dev with your subscription details. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the subscription date will not be processed.

After the 24-hour refund window, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after we provide at least 30 days' notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to your existing projects and screens
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ScreenFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the designs and content you create using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Designs generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute these designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to any applicable third-party licenses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCREENFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScreenFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScreenFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
