How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do credits work?

Credits are used to generate and edit screens. Each plan includes monthly credits that refresh at the start of your billing cycle. Standard and Pro users can purchase additional credit packs when running low.

Can I get a refund?

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are calculated based on unused credits only and are subject to a 30% processing fee. See our Terms of Service for details.

Do unused credits roll over?

No, monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period. They reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, purchased credit packs do not expire.

What happens to my projects if I downgrade?

Your existing projects and screens are preserved. However, you may not be able to create new projects or screens if you exceed your new plan's limits.
